Peptic ulcer - Peptic ulcer is usually a non-malignant ulcer of the stomach (called gastric ulcer) or duodenum (called duodenal ulcer). About 4 % of gastric ulcers are caused by malignant tumour, which is why ulcers of stomach are controlled.
